Today’s post will be comprised of short, twitteresque bursts of recent updates that, individually, probably wouldn’t warrant a post of their own but collectively, still probably don’t. Anyhow, here goes:
A few days ago I finished reading “Where Men Win Glory,” which I wrote about here. The ending was at once heart-wrenching and maddening.
Last night, F and I had the first of 8 ‘Yoga Challenge’ classes at Main Street Yoga, and it was great. More sore than expected. Pleasantly surprised.
Later last night I braved the elements long enough to take some night shots of the court house and the ominous red sky behind it. My fingers paid the price. See them here. (The photos, not my fingers.)
This morning, with trepidation, I finished editing and mailed out my one and only grad school application. Now, the wait. And the mental mulling.
This afternoon, I couldn’t get past the fact that this man, Ohio Attorney General Richard Cordray, looks frighteningly identical to this man, Kenneth.
And tonight, after a mini-ramp session and a basketball showcase, we are bowling. For a quarter a game. Life is good.
