A pound of ground lamb, a spaghetti squash, a bag of blueberry & butterscotch granola, a bag of dark chocolate-covered espresso beans and an 8 oz. jar of honey.

This year for the first year ever, the Clinton County Farmers’ Market is staying open for the Winter months.

We are working to coordinate the market, and so far it’s been both successful and well-received from the community and local growers.

I’ve already eaten the lamb, the squash and half of the granola (which is far-and-away the best homemade granola I’ve tasted.) Time to plan next week’s order.
